Abstract:
Provided are an image processing method and a terminal. The method comprises: acquiring a preview image captured by a photographing device; detecting a touch operation input for the preview image, and judging whether the touch operation satisfies pre-set conditions; if the touch operation satisfies the pre-set conditions, determining a target display area from the preview image according to position information about a touch point of the touch operation; and performing special effect processing on the target display area according to a special effect processing operation input for the target display area, and generating a photographed picture. A special effect processing area can be flexibly selected, and the true color of a non-special effect processing area in a picture is effectively maintained after special effect processing.
