The embodiments of the present application propose image processing and neural network training methods and apparatuses, an electronic device and a computer storage medium. The image processing method comprises: acquiring an image to be processed; on the basis of a current pixel point on a target to be tracked of said image, determining at least one pixel point to be selected on said target; on the basis of the current pixel point and the at least one pixel point to be selected, and in conjunction with a preset truth value of said target, obtaining an evaluation value of the at least one pixel point to be selected; and tracking the current pixel point according to the evaluation value of the at least one pixel point to be selected, so as to obtain a next pixel point of the current pixel point.
