Abstract:
A visibility adjustment unit (22) displays a user interface for designating a visibility level on a display device (15a), detects a user operation performed on the user interface and designating the visibility level by an input device (15b), specifies the visibility level on the basis of the detected user operation, and converts the specified visibility level into a resolution by a predetermined conversion rule. A scan control unit (21) designates, for an image reading unit (11), the resolution obtained by the conversion by the visibility adjustment unit (22) to generate image data of an original image, and converts the image data into designated data format image data.
