Abstract:
The present application relates to an image retrieval method and apparatus, a model training method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The image retrieval method may comprise: performing, by means of a first neural network, target region segmentation on an image to be retrieved, so as to obtain at least one first feature, wherein the first feature is an intermediate feature that is extracted during the target region segmentation process; processing said image and the at least one first feature by means of a second neural network, so as to obtain a feature corresponding to a target region, and generating, according to the feature corresponding to the target region, a target code corresponding to said image; and retrieving a target image from a preset image set according to the target code. In this way, by means of information interaction performed between the first neural network and the second neural network, the utilization rate of a feature which is extracted from the first neural network is improved, such that the second neural network generates an accurate target code, thereby effectively improving the accuracy of similarity retrieval.
