Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an image sensor and an electronic device, which are used for increasing photosensitive intensity, improving the utilization rate of light incident to an image sensor, and reducing the crosstalk between wave bands. The image sensor comprises: at least one photosensitive pixel. The surface of each photosensitive pixel is provided with a nanometer antenna array, wherein the nanometer antenna array comprises a plurality of periodic units, each periodic unit comprises at least two nanoantennas, and the at least two nanoantennas are symmetrically arranged and form a resonant cavity. The nanoantennas in each periodic unit are used for generating resonance for incident light, and an output signal of each periodic unit is used for obtaining an image.
