Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an image sensor and an electronic device. The image sensor comprises: a plurality of pixels arranged according to a preset arrangement mode, wherein at least some of the pixels comprise at least one pixel point, the pixel point comprises a light input layer, a light adjusting layer, and a photosensitive layer which are sequentially stacked from a light receiving side to a substrate, the light input layer is used for receiving incident light, the light adjusting layer is disposed on the shaded surface of the light input layer and used for adjusting the incident light, and the photosensitive layer is disposed on the shaded surface of the light adjusting layer; and isolation rings, disposed on the light adjusting layer, wherein a first end of each isolation ring is attached to the shaded surface of the light input layer, a second end of each isolation ring is attached to the light receiving surface of the photosensitive layer, and the isolation ring is arranged around the periphery of the pixel point.
