Abstract:
Disclosed by the embodiment of the present invention is an image sensor, comprising: a pixel sensor array, and an F-P cavity reflection-type filtering structure located at the front of the pixel sensor array; the F-P cavity reflection-type filtering structure comprises a bottom reflector, an F-P cavity, and a top reflector; the structure of the image sensor comprises in sequence the pixel sensor array, the bottom reflector, the F-P cavity and the top reflector from bottom to top; the structural properties and parameters of the F-P cavity reflection-type filter structure can be adjusted. In addition, further disclosed by the embodiment of the present invention is an imaging method for high dynamic range images. The image sensor and the imaging method in the present invention solve the problem of underexposure or overexposure in each waveband during the imaging process, thereby improving the pixel utilization rate and the dynamic range of photographed images.
