Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a means for improving the adhesive strength between a photoconductive layer and a substrate. The present invention provides an image sensor comprising: a pattern for unevenness formed on a first electrode and the peripheral area of the first electrode on a substrate; a protective film formed on the pattern for unevenness to thus have an unevenly-shaped surface; a photoconductive layer formed on the protective film; and a second electrode formed on the photoconductive layer.
