Abstract:
A first evaluation value calculation unit (2), using the data of a captured image outputted by an image capture unit (11), calculates a first evaluation value related to the image quality of the captured image. An environment acquisition unit (3) acquires environment information indicating an image capture environment at the time when the captured image was captured by means of the image capture unit (11). A second evaluation value calculation unit (4), using the environment information acquired by means of the environment acquisition unit (3), calculates a second evaluation value related to the image capture environment at the time when the captured image was captured by means of the image capture unit (11). A transmission determination unit (6) determines, on the basis of at least one of the first evaluation value and the second evaluation value, whether to transmit the data of the captured image to a server (20).
