Abstract:
This image storage device comprises: an image acquisition unit that acquires endoscope images; a first storage unit that can store the endoscope images; a storage control unit that can process a first storage control whereby the first storage unit is made to store the endoscope images; a second storage unit that can store the endoscope images; a central control unit that can process a second storage control whereby the second storage unit is made to store the endoscope images, and a calculation control for performing calculation processing that is different from the storage control; and a power supply unit that can supply power to the storage control unit and the central control unit, placing a limit on the supply of power to the central control unit when the capacity occupied by the endoscope images stored in the first storage unit is less than a predetermined capacity.
