Abstract:
Disclosed is an MRI imaging agent for use in the specific detection of a sentinel lymph node, which comprises a thermoresponsive magnetic nanoparticle. Specifically disclosed is a imaging agent for a sentinel lymph node, which comprises a thermoresponsive magnetic nanoparticle having an average particle diameter of 70 to 100 nm, wherein the thermoresponsive magnetic nanoparticle comprises a magnetic particle coated with a thermoresponsive polymer having an upper critical solution temperature and/or a lower critical solution temperature. The imaging agent can accumulate in a sentinel lymph node at high density.
