Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an imaging device with which it is possible to easily capture an image that appeals to a user's taste, and to which a user can become easily attached emotionally; a method for controlling said imaging device; a program for causing said imaging device to execute said control method; and a non-transitory storage medium having stored therein computer-readable codes of such a program. The imaging device according to a first embodiment of the present invention has: a photographing control unit which causes a photographing unit to capture an image; and a sensor unit which detects a manipulation related to a user's evaluation of the captured image. The imaging device is provided with: an evaluation determination unit which determines a user's evaluation of the captured image by analyzing a manipulation performed on the sensor unit; an emotion determination unit which determines an emotion of the imaging device in an anthropomorphized manner in response to the evaluation; an emotion expression unit which expresses the determined emotion in a simulated manner using one or more outputs; and a learning unit which learns the evaluation and reflects same in a photographing condition used by the photographing control unit.
