Abstract:
Provided are an imaging device, a control method for the imaging device, and a control program with which it is possible to obtain image data of the same image size even when the size of a view angle is changed. The imaging device comprises: an image size setting unit for setting the set image size selected from a plurality of settable image sizes; a view angle size setting unit for setting the set view angle size selected from a plurality of settable view angle sizes that include a first view angle size and a second view angle size; and a control unit for exercising pixel number control on the set image size having been set by the image size setting unit so that the number of pixels is the same or approximately the same, irrespective of the difference in the set view angle size.
