Abstract:
This imaging device comprises an imaging element and a control means. When a first imaging mode is set, the control means exerts control to acquire a plurality of images by performing imaging a plurality of times while varying exposure by means of the imaging element. When a second imaging mode different from the first imaging mode is set, the control means exerts control to acquire a plurality of images by amplifying an image signal, obtained by performing imaging once by the imaging element, with a plurality of different gains in the imaging element.
