Abstract:
The present invention improves the stability of drive properties by correcting in a manner such that operation amount and movable body movement speed satisfy a linear relationship. The movable body is moved by expanding and contracting a piezoelectric element by using a square-wave drive signal. The square-wave drive signal is generated on the basis of the operation amount. Non-linearity in the correlation between the operation amount and the movable body movement speed is linearized and corrected by adjusting the duty ratio or frequency of the square-wave drive signal. For example, the non-linearity is a non-linearity associated with a peak value control of the square-wave drive signal. In addition, for example, the non-linearity is a non-linearity associated with a non-linearity of the piezoelectric element.
