Abstract:
Provided is an imaging device that allows an image captured during long-exposure photography to be confirmed in real time. An imaging device (100) having an imaging element (5) and a display unit (14) comprises: a device controller (8) for continuously performing a plurality of imaging operations by using the imaging element (5); and an encoder (15) and driver (18) configured so that each time each of the imaging operations is completed, the image obtained by the completed imaging operation is displayed by the display unit (14) when the completed imaging operation is the first imaging operation, and a composite image is displayed by the display unit (14) when the completed imaging operation is the second or a subsequent imaging operation, the composite image being that of an image obtained by the second or subsequent imaging operation and of images obtained by all the imaging operations prior to the second or subsequent imaging operation.
