Abstract:
Provided is an imaging device, wherein the imaging device includes: light source, a collecting device and a processing device; wherein the light source is used to emit preset multi-path narrowband light; the multi-path narrowband light is used to form white light and narrowband characteristic light, and as fluorescent excitation light; the collecting device is used to collect multi-path reflected light to obtain multi-path reflected light data, and collect fluorescence to obtain fluorescence data; the multi-path reflected light is: light forming white light and narrow-band characteristic light in the multi-path narrowband light that is reflected by the tissue to be diagnosed; the fluorescence is: the spontaneous fluorescence of the tissue to be diagnosed after the narrowband light as the fluorescent excitation light in the multi-path narrowband light excites the tissue to be diagnosed; the processing device is used to form white light image and characteristic light image of the tissue to be diagnosed according to the multi-path reflected light data, and form fluorescent image of the tissue to be diagnosed according to the multi-path reflected light data and the fluorescence data. White light image, characteristic light image, and fluorescent image can be generated by the imaging device of the present invention.
