Abstract:
This imaging device is provided with an imaging unit, a display unit, first and second detection units, and a control unit. The imaging unit captures an image of a subject and generates a captured image. The display unit displays the captured image. The first detection unit detects at least part of a person when the subject is a person. The second detection unit detects at least part of an animal when the subject is an animal. The control unit controls the display unit to cause a first detection frame corresponding to the person and a second detection frame corresponding to the animal to be displayed over the captured image. The control unit controls the display unit so that the first detection frame and the second detection frame are displayed in a common display mode when these frames are not a third detection frame corresponding to a principal subject among the subjects.
