Abstract:
An imaging device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: a first substrate that has a sensor pixel, which performs photoelectric conversion, on a first semiconductor substrate; a second substrate that is superposed on the first substrate, while having a read circuit, which outputs a pixel signal based on a charge output from the sensor pixel, on a second semiconductor substrate; and a first hydrogen diffusion prevention layer which is arranged between the first semiconductor substrate and the second semiconductor substrate.
