Abstract:
The imaging device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a semiconductor substrate that includes a pixel region in which a plurality of pixels is arranged and a surrounding region that surrounds the pixel region; a resin layer that is positioned on the surrounding region and includes a first side face that has a first curved face and a second side face that is positioned further away from the pixel region than the first side face; a sealing layer that is positioned on the resin layer; and a first light shielding layer that is positioned between the resin layer and the sealing layer and covers at least a portion of the first curved face in plan view.
