Abstract:
An imaging device according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises a photoelectric conversion unit and a microlens. The microlens is provided above the photoelectric conversion unit. In a cross-section, the upper surface of the microlens forms a contour line at which an upwardly convex first curve and a downwardly convex second curve are connected at a first deflection point. In the cross section, the radius of curvature of the second curve at the lower end is greater than the distance from the upper end of the first curve to the first deflection point in the thickness direction of the microlens.
