Abstract:
An imaging device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: first, second, third, and fourth pixels which each correspond to different light in a visible light region; a semiconductor substrate which has a first surface and a second surface facing each other, and on which the first, second, third, and fourth pixels are arranged in a two-dimensional array within a plane; a first optical filter which is disposed on the first surface side and selectively transmits the light in the visible light region corresponding to each of the first, second, third, and fourth pixels; and a second optical filter which is provided between the first surface of the semiconductor substrate and the first optical filter, or over the first, second, third, and fourth pixels on the reverse surface side from the semiconductor substrate side of the first optical filter, and has absorption in a near-infrared region near the visible light region.
