Abstract:
The present invention relates to an imidazopyridazine derivative, and a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition thereof and the use thereof. Provided in the present invention are a compound as represented by formula (1), and a stereoisomer, a tautomer, a prodrug, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an amorphous substance, an isotope, a polymorph or a solvate thereof. Further provided are a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, and the use of the compound as a GABAA receptor modulator.
