Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel class of imidazothiazole compounds as ATX (Autotaxin) inhibitors, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, and a use of the compound and the composition to treat a mammal suffering from a disease having a pathological characteristic of increased ATX expression, wherein the compound has the structure represented by formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, solvate, stereoisomer, tautomer, nitrogen oxide, metabolite, prodrug, or mixture thereof, wherein R 1a, R 1c, R 2, R 3, R 6, Cy, Y, Z, and t all have the definitions described in the present invention.
