Abstract:
Provided are an immobilized microbial agent, a preparation method therefor and use of the immobilized microbial agent for in situ remediation of contaminated sediments. The immobilized microbial agent consists of Hangjin clay 2#-loaded conductive microorganisms, and is obtained by means of the following process steps: 1) pretreating Hangjin clay 2# to obtain a granular filler; and 2) expanding and cultivating the conductive microbial strain to the inoculum to be inoculated, adding the Hangjin clay 2# pretreated in step 1 in proportion, mixing same under anaerobic conditions, leaving the solution to stand, and then removing the supernatant so as to obtain the immobilized microbial agent. The conductive microbial strain is Geobacter sulfurreducens, Geobacter metallireducens or Shewanella oneidensis.
