Abstract:
An immobilized microorganism composite material having a core-shell structure, and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: preparing starch spheres by using soluble starch, coating the outer surfaces of the starch spheres with fibrous organic pore-forming agent and aluminum oxide mixture powder, roasting in an air atmosphere, placing a roasting product in an anaerobic microbial agent for impregnation, and coating the impregnated surfaces with a layer of starch; then impregnating the material in a sol containing PEGM, ethyl phenyl ether, and a facultative microbial agent, and after the impregnation, irradiating by using an ultraviolet lamp; foaming an immobilized product in a polyurethane foaming agent to form a core-shell composite material; and then putting the material into a sol containing PEGM, ethyl phenyl ether, and an aerobic microbial agent for impregnation and then irradiating by using the ultraviolet lamp, thereby obtaining the immobilized microorganism composite material. According to the method, domestication is not required for biofilm colonization, sewage treatment can be directly carried out in equipment, the microbial load can be adjusted according to site and sewage conditions, the A2O process is integrated at a small scale, and the nitrogen removal and phosphorus removal effects in a simple reactor are achieved.
