Title:
IMMUNE CELL-TARGETING AND RECOGNIZING POLYPEPTIDE AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/012251
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An immune cell-recognizing polypeptide. The polypeptide comprises the following amino acid sequence: (a) an amino acid sequence containing C-terminus fragment sequence AILEVLQS of human triokinase/FMN cyclase and a homologous sequence thereof; or, (b) an amino acid sequence having basic similarity to the amino acid sequence described in (a), the basic similarity referring to having 70% or more in sequence identity with the amino acid sequence described in (a). Also disclosed is a nucleic acid sequence encoding the polypeptide; a polypeptide probe targeting and recognizing immune cells, comprising the polypeptide, and having a reporting group; a reagent kit comprising the probe, and relevant applications of the polypeptide or probe.
