Abstract:
Disclosed is an immune response-improving composition, characterized in that the composition comprises, in parts by weight, 5-50 parts of Wolfiporia extensa, 3-30 parts of Lentinula edodes, 2-20 parts of Lycium chinense, 1.5-20 parts of Agaricus subrufescens, 1.5-20 parts of Grifola frondosa, 1.5-20 parts of lily, and 1.5-10 parts of ginseng. The composition and a preparation thereof can promote the proliferation of mouse thymus and spleen cells, increasing the ability of mouse reticuloendothelial system to ingest inert carbon particles, and achieving a significant anti-tumor effect in mice with S180 tumors.
