Abstract:
A novel immune stimulating oligonucleotide having the activity of inducing strong immune responses; a pharmaceutical product comprising this immune stimulating oligonucleotide; and use thereof. This immune stimulating oligonucleotide, for example, consists of an oligonucleotide having the sequence of ggtgccgatcggcagggggg. This oligonucleotide can be used as an active ingredient of pharmaceuticals, such as a preventive or therapeutic agent for allergoses. As this immune stimulating oligonucleotide has a strong immune stimulating activity, the use thereof renders it promising to attain enhanced treating, preventive and remedial effects and to through reduction of administration frequency, attain side effect suppression and QOL remedy.
