Title:
IMMUNOGLOBULIN-BINDING MODIFIED PROTEIN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/022672
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an immunoglobulin-binding modified protein for the production of an affinity separation matrix having high antibody binding capacity. The present invention provides a protein that comprises two or more amino acid sequences derived from the E, D, A, B, or C domains of the protein A indicated in SED ID NOs. 1-5, in which the number of Lys included in an amino acid sequence derived from the domain furthest to the N-terminal side is more than the number of Lys included in amino acid sequences derived from other domains, and in which the number of Lys included from position 39 onward in an amino acid sequence derived from the domain furthest to the N-terminal side does not exceed the number of Lys included in positions 1-38.
