Abstract:
Ribs 46, 47 are provided to the inside of a crash can 4. A front side frame 2 is provided with an inside plate part 23 and an outside plate part 24 in the vehicle width direction. Grooves 23a, 24a, which sink towards the inside of the front side frame 2, and which extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, are respectively formed on the inside plate part 23 and the outside plate part 24. The grooves 23a, 24a are provided at substantially the same height as the ribs 46, 47 of the crash can 4.
