Abstract:
An impact crusher having a dust-removal function, comprising a frame assembly and a rotor assembly located on the inner side of the frame assembly. The rotor assembly comprises a rotor and a blow bar fixed on the outer side of the rotor; the frame assembly comprises a frame, a feed port formed on the right side of the upper end of the frame, and a discharge port formed at the central position of the lower end of the frame; a crushing chamber is formed between the rotor assembly and the frame; an impact plate is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the crushing chamber; and the lower end of the discharge port is provided with a dust-suctioning screening device fixedly connected to the frame. The device is reasonable in structural design, convenient to use, and can collect dust falling out of the discharge port, thereby preventing the health of workers from being affected due to raised dust generated after small particles of crushed materials fall out of the discharge port.
