[Problem] To safely and easily remove hard soil, ice, etc. [Solution] The present invention has: an inner cylinder 4 having a cylindrical shape in which an acting part is provided at one end; an outer cylinder 2 having a cylindrical shape in which a grasping part 24 is provided at one end, the outer cylinder 2 accommodating the inner cylinder 4 in the interior thereof; a first spring (spring 51) that biases the inner cylinder 4 in a direction pressing out from the outer cylinder 2; a hammer part 61 accommodated inside the other end of the outer cylinder 4, the hammer part 61 being disposed so as to be able to move in the axial direction of the inner cylinder; a hammer-receiving part 531 provided in a portion inside the inner cylinder 4 at which the hammer part contacts; a second spring (spring 63) that biases the hammer part in the axial direction of the inner cylinder; a stopper mechanism 55 that locks the hammer part in a prescribed position in the inner cylinder when the first spring is compressed; and a release part (inclined part 21) that releases the locking of the hammer part by the stopper mechanism when the first spring is contracted to a prescribed position, the hammer part striking the hammer-receiving part when the locking of the hammer part by the stopper mechanism is released by the release part, and the impact force of the strike being transmitted to the acting part.
