Abstract:
Disclosed are an impact-resistant device (010) and a water surface photovoltaic power station. The impact-resistant device comprises an ice breaking mechanism (100) and a force application mechanism. The peripheral side of the ice breaking mechanism is provided with a guide structure in at least one direction, and the guide structure is used for making contact with floating ice (500) and guiding the floating ice in the up-down direction. The force application mechanism is used for applying force to the ice breaking mechanism so that the ice breaking mechanism can be arranged in a floatable and/or rotatable manner at a calibration height of a water area. Under the action of the guide structure, floating ice having a relatively large size will easily break into floating ice having relatively small sizes at the guide structure position; in addition, when floating ice impacts on the ice breaking mechanism, the ice breaking mechanism can float or rotate; by means of floating or rotating within a small range, the ice breaking mechanism can consume kinetic energy brought by the impact of the floating ice, and by means of floating or rotation, the ice breaking mechanism can also adapt to or change the movement direction of the floating ice in the horizontal plane, thus preventing floating ice from accumulating at the ice breaking mechanism position and further affecting the use of the ice breaking mechanism.
