Abstract:
The present invention provides an implant for preventing an anastomotic leak. The implant is internally provided with a three-dimensional nano-mesh structure and is prepared from a raw material comprising a fibrinogen complex and a polylactic acid-polycaprolactone copolymer. The implant provided by the prevent invention can increase the local anti-leakage pressure of an anastomosis site, reduce local tension, and induce in situ regeneration of intestinal wall tissue of the anastomosis, thereby being able to prevent the occurrence of an early anastomotic leak. Additionally, proliferation of capillaries in the anastomotic tissue and regeneration of anastomotic intestinal tissue may be facilitated, and healing of the anastomosis may be facilitated, thereby being able to effectively prevent the occurrence of a middle-stage or late-stage anastomotic leak and an anastomotic stenosis.
