Abstract:
An implementation method for a large book deacidification system, comprising the following steps: step 1: starting a pre-check module, testing all valves in a system device, and measuring the liquid level in a liquid storage tank, the concentration of the deacidification liquid in a deacidification treatment tank, and the air pressure in the liquid storage tank, a) if the test result is normal, executing step 2; b) if the test result is abnormal, executing step 3; step 2: executing a deacidification treatment module; step 3: starting an emergency processing module; step 4: starting a running measurement module; step 5: executing an accident handling module; and step 6: executing a run termination module. The method overcomes the defects of the manual operation due to a lack of reasonable control method in the deacidification treatment process, and determinations of the execution and conversion of the steps according to the experience of an operator.
