Abstract:
An implementation method for promoting lignin depolymerization by pre-oxidation-catalytic hydrogenolysis, which comprises the steps of: pre-oxidizing lignin in a solvent system by using 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyanobenzoquinone (DDQ); then concentrating a mixed solution after pre-oxidation under reduced pressure until the mixed solution is thick, dropwise adding the mixed solution into water or diethyl ether for precipitation, collecting precipitates, washing, and freeze-drying to obtain pre-oxidized lignin; and finally, placing the pre-oxidized lignin, a CuMgAlOx catalyst, and a hydrogen-donor solvent into a high-pressure reactor, carrying out gas washing by using an inert gas, enabling pressurization, sealing the reactor, and carrying out catalytic hydrogenolysis of the lignin at a specific temperature for a specific period of time. The two-step method can greatly increase the total yield of monomers and dimers produced in lignin depolymerization, avoids the use of high-pressure hydrogen by means of solvent in-situ hydrogen supply, provides a reliable method for efficiently and safely converting lignin into a biofuel precursor, and has a good application prospect.
