Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide an imprinter using an embossed card. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This imprinter capable of printing out on a paper sheet by rotatingly moving an ink roller (3) for printing out on the paper sheet disposed on an embossed card (a) in a printing direction for the card (a) comprises a base (1) forming a means for holdingly disposing the card (a) and guiding the ink roller (3) in the printing direction, a carriage (A) which has a first shaft (3a) rotatably holding the ink roller (3) on the upper side of the base (1) and a second shaft (4a) positioned parallel with the axial direction of the first shaft and rotatably holding a backup roller (4) on the lower side of the base (1) and in which a groove-like part (5a) fitted to the thickness part (1t) of the base (1) is formed in a direction orthogonal to the first and second shafts (3a) and (4a), and a carriage cover (B) movably guided by a means for guiding the ink roller (3) installed on the base (1) in the printing direction and forming an engagement means so as to be attached to and detached from the carriage (A).
