Abstract:
An improved electric slide rail comprises a motor drive structure and two slide rail assemblies arranged symmetrically. Each slide rail assembly comprises a fixed rail (31, 26) and a slide rail (2, 28) slidably sleeved on the fixed rail (31, 26). A rack housing (1, 10) is sleeved on an outer side of each fixed rail (31, 26). A rack (13, 11) is provided on each rack housing (1, 10). A gear (4, 16) meshing with the rack (13, 11) is mounted on each slide rail (2, 28). The motor drive structure is mounted on the slide rail (2, 28) by means of a fixing device. The motor drive structure is electrically connected to a controller. The improved electric slide rail further comprises a clutch (18, 39, 46). The clutch (18, 39, 46) is also electrically connected to the controller. The clutch (18, 39, 46) is arranged on a side of an output shaft of a motor (17, 41, 44) in the motor drive structure, and is connected to the slide rail (2, 28) by means of a linkage structure. The improved electric slide rail has a simple structure, supports manual and automatic pushing and pulling of a drawer, facilitates manually performed pushing and pulling when the motor is in a power-off state, is easy to use, increases the capacity of the drawer, and has a long service life.
