Abstract:
An improved entrainment separator of a demister comprises a support frame and blades (10). The support frame comprises a circular support ring (1), a plurality of parallel upper positioning strips (2) fixed on an upper edge of the support ring (1), and a plurality of parallel lower positioning strips (3) fixed on a lower edge of the support ring (1), wherein the upper positioning strips (2) are parallel to the lower positioning strips (3). The blade (10) has a thickness of 0.5 mm, and comprises an upper straight plate (4), an upper inclined plate (5), an intermediate straight plate (6), a lower inclined plate (7), and a lower straight plate (8). Surfaces of the upper inclined plate (5), the intermediate straight plate (6), and the lower inclined plate (7) have a plurality of curved triangular, raised patterns disposed at intervals in a gas flow direction. Multiple slots are disposed at intervals on an edge of the upper straight plate (4) and an edge of the lower straight plate (8). The blades (10) are fastened in parallel between the upper positioning strips and the lower positioning strips (2, 3) via the slots. A position-limiting plate (11) limits the distance between adjacent blades (10) to 23 mm.
