Abstract:
An improved impact structure, comprising a driveshaft (1), an impact disc (2), a drive disc (3), an output shaft (4) and an impact spring (5); the drive disc being configured as a cylindrical shape, a lower surface thereof being provided with two symmetrical first slanted surfaces (31), the first slanted surfaces being disposed in a V shape; a central hole of the impact disc having disposed therein second slanted surfaces (21) matching the first slanted surfaces, two second slanted surfaces being disposed in parallel, and a cross-section of the second slanted surfaces being disposed in a V shape; an output end of the driveshaft penetrating the impact disc and being actively connected to the output shaft, and the drive disc being fixedly mounted to the driveshaft; an end of the output shaft near the impact disc being provided with a first impact block (41) along a circumferential direction, and an upper end surface of the impact disc being provided with a second impact block (22) along a circumferential direction; and a first end of the impact spring extending into an inner cavity of the impact disc. The present impact structure decreases manufacturing costs, saves working time, and can realize rapid bulk production; in addition, by removing the feature of a V-shaped groove on a driveshaft, the present structure increases driveshaft strength, and also increases driveshaft production yield.
