Title:
IMPROVED IN VIVO REPROGRAMMING SYSTEM AND CELL CONVERSION METHOD USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/107530
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an improved in vivo reprogramming system, and a cell conversion method using same. A reprogramming system of the present invention comprises genes encoding a start cell marker promoter, a gene pluripotency-maintaining protein, an amino acid isolation peptide, Cre recombinase, an oriented cell marker promoter, LoxP, and a fluorescent protein, does not require the fixing of cells in order to confirm the conversion of the cells, enables the monitoring of cells in a living state in real time, and can be used both in vitro and in vivo. Therefore, the present invention is expected to be widely used in the biology and medical fields.
