Abstract:
The invention concerns a method for making phosphoric acid comprising, in at least two successive pairs of solid/liquid reactor-separator: in the first reactor, attacking between 60 and 80 % the proportion of tricalcic phosphate with sulphuric acid in a reaction medium, wherein the water is supplied by the whole amount of water for washing the mixture of the slurry from the first reactor and the cake extracted from the second liquid/solid separator; reacting in the second reactor, the complement at 100 % of the proportion of tricalcic phosphate and the amount of sulphuric acid required for the attack, in the presence of all or part of the intermediate phosphoric acid produced and collected by liquid/solid separation of the slurry from the first reactor; finally, by solid/liquid separation of the slurry derived from the second reactor, collecting the final phosphoric acid produced; in parallel, extracting the cake formed on the second separator and dispersing same in the slurry derived from the first reactor before liquid/solid separation.
