Abstract:
A Raymond pulverizer. In an inner chamber of a round rolling wall (4), a roller (3) rolling on an inner surface of the rolling wall (4) to grind and pulverize an ore is directly mounted on a periphery of a central flower shelf (2). In the present application, a swinging arm of a suspended roller on the periphery of the flower shelf of the Raymond pulverizer is cancelled, eliminating a basic cause leading to the distortion and deformation of the flower shelf, and eliminating noise generated by the rotation of the swinging arm of the suspended arm due to unsmooth flower shelf in a process the Raymond pulverizer crushes the core. In addition, for the pulverizer having a chassis with a same diameter, because a diameter of the flower shelf for mounting the roller is increased, a periphery of the flower shelf is increased simultaneously, and the number of mounted rollers can be increased; therefore, the amount of the pulverized ore is also increased in the same time.
