Abstract:
An improved structure for a rotary hydraulic valve, comprising a valve body (10) and a valve core (20a) rotatably and axially provided in the rotation space of the valve body. When a hydraulic oil of an oil pressure source flows from an outer oil inlet hole (P11) into an oil inlet pressure balancing hole (P21) of the valve core, the hydraulic oil fills an annular groove (230) thereof at any time, and conformably flows into an open inverted U-shaped groove and an open U-shaped groove of a first and a second working parts (21, 22), respectively, such that the potential difference between the forces acting on an upper part and a lower part of the valve core is symmetrically balanced. When outer holes of the valve body and inner holes of the valve core communicate, the hydraulic oil flows into a first and a second oil returning annular groove (T25, T26), and into the open U-shaped groove and the open inverted U-shaped groove of the first and the second working parts, enabling the pressure of the hydraulic oil to act on an inner wall of the valve body at any time. By means of said structure, the valve core and the valve body become closer, the internal leaking amount of the hydraulic oil reaches the minimum, and the valve core can be suspended and keep balanced at any time, and thus the valve core is easily rotatable by means of a minimal force to change the direction of a shaft portion, so as to control the hydraulic oil flow such that the hydraulic oil flows smoothly in a predetermined direction, achieving the control of predetermined actions of an actuator.
