Abstract:
Disclosed is an improved structure for a villa-style duplex multi-floor house. The improved structure comprises a terraced villa (C2) composed of several identical buildings (C1) side by side, wherein each identical building (C1) comprises a dwelling layout A and a dwelling layout B, includes 2-6 floors, and the bottom surfaces of the floors have the same rectangular shape. The dwelling layout A and the dwelling layout B are configured to alternate over adjacent floors in a complementary manner, and each has an independent staircase (C3) therein. By means of a special dwelling layout structural arrangement in which dwelling layout A and dwelling layout B are combined in a complementary manner, the present invention enables construction of a luxurious residence having a large space, a large width, and an independently-owned private garden and open terrace in a terraced villa (C2) having a small footprint, thereby meeting user demands and achieving the requirements of low cost and maximized benefit of a building developer. The improved structure can be identified in the market as a high-end residential product inferior to a detached or semi-detached house but superior to a traditional terraced house or duplex multi-floor house.
