Abstract:
Improvement in portable equipment for heating and pumping of thermoplastic products, comprehending a combination of mounting and support structural parts of all sets, in a way that they can be positioned according to a layout where the sets are thermally isolated in relation to each other, thus, initially is predicted a rectangular metal platform (1), whose borders are perpendicularly bent down (2), with distributed rubber feet (3), while by the superior face of the called base distributes three different sets, in which the first one is a posterior mounting box (4) of the heating unit (5) for the thermoplastic product to be liquefied and pumped to an exit with an usual hose (6) and it is usual head applicator (7). The box (4) has quadrangular base and elevates vertically, taking all width of the base (1), but, it takes about 1/3 the base height. Taking the rest of the height over it, there are two other mounting boxes, an inferior (8) and a superior (9) which are placed one over the other, but separated with a gap for proper ventilation (10) and, for it, tubular columns (11) are used and, still, by the posterior extremities, the called boxes (8-9) are separated (12) in relation to the mounting box (4) whose height is the same in relation to the boxes (8-9). The inferior box (8) stores in your interior the set of the motor (13), formed by the usual electric motor (14) and respective reductor (15), this last one attached to a gear pump (16) which is mounted inside the heating unit (5), while the superior box keeps the usual electric and electronic components (17) correctly connected to the other electric and electronic sets of a frontal command panel (18).
