Abstract:
An improvement method for the overheating of an excitation-based disconnector or the overheating of a high-power disconnector. Traditional maintenance involves using a feeler gauge to perform detection, the disadvantages of which are that the disconnector has a small contact area, and thus, the smallest feeler gauge cannot perform accurate measurement. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining the size of a contact surface of a disconnector by using a strong-light flashlight transmission method; if the contact surface of the disconnector is less than 80%, removing a disconnector piece, grinding the disconnector piece by using a small file or a scraper in a way similar to grinding tiles, and marking the grinding surface with a red marker pen after completing one instance of grinding; then installing the disconnector, repeatedly connecting and disconnecting the disconnector, checking same by using the strong-light flashlight transmission method after connecting the disconnector, removing the disconnector piece, and observing the contact surface which has been subjected to friction caused by the connecting and disconnecting the disconnector, wherein a bright point is a raised point; needing to mark the bright point with the red marker pen again and connecting and disconnecting the disconnector, wherein at the red mark on the contact surface of the disconnector that has not been touched, grinding is not required; and grinding or scraping the raised point again.
