Abstract:
An impurity centrifugation apparatus, comprising an external housing (1) and an internal housing (2); the inside of the external housing (1) has a cylindrical cavity formed therein; the internal housing (2) rotatably fits into the external housing (1); the bottom portion of the internal housing (2) is inserted into the cylindrical cavity of the external housing (1); the bottom portion of the internal housing (2) is provided with a fixedly connected centrifugal block (21); the centrifugal block (21) has downwardly inclined centrifugal cavities (22) formed therein; the top portion of the internal housing (2) has a liquid inlet pipe (3) mounted therein; the liquid inlet pipe (3) rotatably fits into the upper wall of the internal housing (2); the outer wall of the liquid inlet pipe (3) rotatably and sealedly fits into the inner wall of the internal housing (2); the inside of the external housing (1) is provided with a funnel-shaped filtering screen (4) that surrounds the centrifugal block (21); and a discharge pipe (5) is provided at the lower portion of the filtering screen (4). The present apparatus is structurally simple and easy to use. In the invention, the solid particles and the liquid content in wastewater are able to be separated directly during the water pumping process, thereby increasing overall wastewater processing efficiency and reducing wastewater processing costs.
