The present invention provides an in-cabin camera and radar combined sensor module comprising: a camera for capturing an image in a cabin of a vehicle; a lower substrate having mounted thereon an image sensor for converting an image received in the camera into an electrical signal; an upper substrate installed so as to be spaced apart at a predetermined interval from the lower substrate; a radar sensor designed into a sandwich structure with the camera mounted on the lower substrate, so as to be mounted on the upper substrate in a position where the radar sensor and the field of view of the camera do not interfere with each other; an LED emitting light so as to enable the camera to capture a driver or a passenger; a connector for supplying power and transferring a signal; a lower case formed from a metal material and having the camera, radar sensor, LED mounted therein; a case coupled to the lower case and comprising a front cover formed from a synthetic resin material; and a shielding and heat dissipation unit for forming a heat dissipation path for transferring heat radiation of the radar sensor to the lower case.
